Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. You'll retain read access to everything, but analysis features will be limited to your new tier.
How does AI token usage work?
AI features use tokens for each request. Pro tier includes 2M tokens/month shared across trade analysis, backtest analysis, and the AI Strategy Builder. You can monitor your usage in the app.
What if I need more than 50 AI analyses?
Contact us. We offer custom plans for power users and teams.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Is my trading data secure?
Yes. Your OANDA API credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never leave your device. Only anonymized trade data syncs to our servers.
How does MCP integration work?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets you query your trading data through AI assistants like ChatGPT or Claude. Free users get raw data access. Premium users get full feature access. Pro users can request AI analysis through MCP.
