Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CandleSight ("the Service"), operated by MicroMediaSites LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Important Risk Disclosure

CandleSight is a research and analysis tool, not a trading advisory service.

Trading foreign exchange (forex) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage available in forex trading can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade forex, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtesting results shown in CandleSight are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading results. There is no guarantee that any strategy will achieve similar results in live trading.

You should be aware of all the risks associated with forex trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

CandleSight provides tools for strategy research, backtesting, and trade analysis. We do not provide:

  • Trading signals or suggestions
  • Personalized financial guidance
  • Guarantees of trading performance

Any analysis, patterns, or insights provided by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Use of the Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CandleSight. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your broker API credentials are kept secure
  • Complying with your broker's terms of service

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Share your account or subscription with others
  • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Subscription and Payment

CandleSight offers both free and paid subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Broker Integration

CandleSight integrates with third-party brokers (such as OANDA) to provide real-time data and trade execution capabilities. You acknowledge that:

  • We are not affiliated with any broker
  • Your relationship with your broker is governed by their terms
  • We are not responsible for broker outages, data accuracy, or execution quality
  • You are responsible for understanding your broker's fee structure

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MicroMediaSites LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Strategies and analyses you create using the Service remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this data to provide the Service to you.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICROMEDIASITES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Trading losses or lost profits
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any reliance on information provided by the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the Service will be corrected
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MicroMediaSites LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
